How long will it take to receive my package?

Most of our products ship within a few weeks by USPS with a tracking number unless otherwise stated on the specific product page. Our current shipping time -for domestic orders is 7-10 business days. International and Canada shipping time may take up to 30 days.

An email will be sent to customers with a tracking # to keep updates on a package arrival date.

What do I do if a package I received is defective or damaged?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will replace your order free of charge if it is damaged or defective. All merchandise is shipped within the United States. Shipping is done from both Florida and California
